Do I need to register my child/family members?
Yes, anyone who participates needs to be registered.
I already registered, but now want to join a team. Is it too late?
It's never too late to join a team! You can follow the instructions below, or just email us at events@phassociation.org and we can make the change for you.
- Log in to your fundraising page.
- Click "Welcome, [your name]" at the top of the page.
- Under "your events" select "edit" next to "team membership."
- From here you can either join an existing team or create a new team.
- Remember to save your changes!
How do I get people to join my team?
The best way is to have each individual follow the "Register" link on the homepage. Everyone who registers will have an option to join an existing team, create a new team, or register as an individual. If you've formed a team and want people to join, just be sure they know the name of the team.
Fundraising
What do I do with cash/check donations?
Please encourage your donors to donate online so that you receive immediate credit for the donation on your fundraising page. It also helps PHA to receive the donation immediately. Thanks!
If your donor cannot donate online, here's what to do with cash/check donations:
- Log in to your fundraising page.
- Click "donations" at the top of your page, then click "offline donations."
- Enter all the information you have about your donation. Don't forget to click "add donation" when you're done.
The donation will now appear on your fundraising page. Please note that the donation will not affect your placement on the Top Fundraisers list until your donation is received by PHA (this is the biggest reasons we encourage online donations!). You can either mail your donation to the address at the bottom of this page, or drop it off at the registration table at the event.
What about donations I raise through a Facebook Fundraiser?
Be sure to connect your O2breathe fundraising page to Facebook so donations you raise on Facebook show up on your O2breathe page. To do so, follow these instructions:
- Log in to your fundraising page.
- Click "dashboard" at the top of the page.
- Click "create a Facebook Fundraiser" and follow the instructions on screen.
I want to fundraise, but don't know how!
Thank you for taking this step! Start by sending a quick email to your friends and family with your fundraising page link. You can also post your link to Facebook with a short message about why you're participating this year.
