Join us at Canton Waterfront Park - 3001 Boston St to connect with others in the Baltimore-area PH community and support the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. This event benefits support and educational resources for people living with PH, families, caregivers, health care professionals who specialize in caring for people with the disease and PH researchers searching for a cure.
